A ZIP download with three original files: toolkit.html (the interactive planner — beverages, budget, serving sequence, cellar worksheet, shopping checklist), planner.xlsx (the same planners as a spreadsheet with live formulas), and guide.html (every assumption plus a worked example). One payment, yours to keep, unlimited personal use.
Checkout is handled by our storefront. The moment payment completes you get a download page, plus an email receipt with a download link for later. No account needed.
No. C$10 once. This is a fixed edition dated 2026-10-03 — there is nothing to renew and no updates to wait for.
Only to download the ZIP. After that, the calculator and guide run entirely in your browser, offline. The spreadsheet works in any modern spreadsheet app.
The browser tool saves your inputs on your own device (local storage). Nothing is uploaded anywhere. The Reset button wipes it.
The calculator accepts 2–24 guests; the spreadsheet has no cap. The worked examples use 6–8 guests, but the math is the same at any size. Very large parties (30+) deserve a caterer, not a calculator.
No. You set the per-guest assumptions; the tool does the purchasing arithmetic. Nothing here is advice on consumption, and nothing is medical advice. When in doubt, buy more sparkling water.
No. The toolkit plans quantities from your assumptions; you shop them wherever you like. It's not affiliated with any retailer.
14-day refund, no interrogation: if the files are defective or not as described, here's how refunds work.
